Made available thanks to a generous grant from the George Gardner Scholarship Fund.

Are you looking for fun ideas for at-home activities? From cooking and stress relief to journaling and outdoor activities, we have resource bags available for home delivery. Bags come complete with instructions, materials, and fun surprises!

Activity Bags

Youth of all ages may pick up activity bags at the walk-service desk. New options available every week. Bags are filled with crafts, activities, and fun surprises!

Reading Logs

Ouray School students should log all their reading time during the school closure. This includes all types of reading, including graphic novels, magazines, and newspapers. All you have to do is write down the date, what you read, and how long. Bring your log into the library for a prize when we reopen.

Coding at Home

These coding opportunities are free and easy to access from anywhere. You can keep up your coding skills for free at code.org or codeacademy.com.  Or, if you are ready to move to the next level you can sign up for a 54 hour compete web development class at Udemy. This class costs $14 but you will have the option to be reimbursed upon completion of the class.

Craft Time

Do you need a new bookmark to help with all of the reading you are going to do over the next few weeks? You can make your very own emoji bookmark with things around your house. Click here for video instructions.
